KerfKore products allows you the ability to create unique curved designs using their innovative products. The bendable substrates and lightweight panels allow you to move beyond traditional designs, materials, and methods.

KerfKore is a superior choice for doing fast, accurate and quality radius projects. It provides the ability to create smooth and symmetrical inside and outside radii down to 3 1/2". Virtually any curve desired can be produced with this product.

Kerfkore is a patented process that consists of a kerfed core material joined with a very flexible latex impregnated paper face. This allows for the flat lamination of high pressure laminates, 2-ply veneers, metals and others semi-rigid face products and then formed into the necessary shapes without any telegraphing, stress cracks or delamination.

Timberflex is ideal for custom fabrication because it is the first and only high-quality 3/4" bendable panel that has a three-ply Italian poplar face ready to paint or laminate without the need for patching or sanding.

Timberflex panels can bend to a 5" radius and are perfectly flat without dips, valleys, and hard spots that are often found in bendable plywood.

Flexboard is a bendable product designed for use in all types of radius projects. It consists of a core of kerfed particleboard with an .080" thick hardboard face. Flexboard will produce a 10-inch radius that allows for quick and easily fabrication without the need for sanding, patching or multiple layers and requires no special installation methods. It helps reduce labor cost, provides a uniform surface with many face options and improves quality.

EconoKORE is a flexible 2-ply product designed for use in numerous kinds of radius projects. It consists of a kerfed MDF core with a High Density Fiberboard or Poplar Plywood overlay face. The recommended bending radius for Econokore is approximately 12 inches. While a smaller radius may be obtainable, it is best to do a test before proceeding.
