Royal Plywood is a Custom Laminator who is a distributor of Formica HPL. We laminate all other major brands of laminate Including Arborite, ATI Numetals, Laminart, Nevamar, Pionite, and Wilsonart. Other decorative HPL lines are available to us, as well. We offer a full array of 10 mil paper backed and wood backed veneers.
We provide the widest variety of substrates in California. Our substrate offering includes Apex, Particleboard, MDF and plywood core. Our specialty cores consist of moisture resistant, fire-rated, NAUF and FSC. Everything that we laminate is CARB compliant. We only use on-grade product.

PolyBak is a bondable backer that can be used for balancing laminate or veneers. PolyBak is extremely flexible, moisture resistant, paintable and it carries a class A flame spread rating.
Our veneers are perfect for use for architectural millwork, kitchen cabinets, furniture and displays. Paperbacked veneers provide flexibility for many different projects.
