Melamine/Vinyl: Vinyl Overlay Panels Description of item:  Vinyl Overlay panels are produced using a durable vinyl film that is applied to a substrate (Usually MDF or particleboard) with a cold rolled adhesive process. This process allows one-sided lamination with a raw back. Vinyl overlays are more durable and easier to clean than paper laminates, as well as most painted surface treatments; however, they do not offer the qualities of thermofused melamine. Vinyl overlay panels are perfect for drawer bottoms and cabinet backs.Royal Plywood inventories vinyl panels in standard solid colors.
